Returns & Exchanges

At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your GRUV account or visit our guest returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs and inserts are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
